Q. Should I check with my GP before using my Mumma Ball?

A. Absolutely! Before doing anything new (especially during pregnancy) you should always check with your GP to make sure a birth ball is suitable for you.


Q. At what stage of pregnancy should I use my Mumma Ball?

A. You can use your ball at any stage of pregnancy to help strengthen your core for birth. However, we recommend using it daily from 20 weeks onwards.


Q. How do I use my Mumma Ball?

Q. What are the benefits of using a Mumma Ball?

A. There are so many amazing benefits to using a Mumma Ball for pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
 - Help get your baby into the optimal position for birth
 - Help to distribute your weight more evenly, which helps relieve spinal pressure and easing any back pain during pregnancy
- Help baby turn into a good birthing position
 - Can be used for postpartum exercises
- Sitting on your Mumma Ball post birth can be comfortable, especially if your perineum is sore


Q. What size is the Mumma Ball and is it anti-burst?

A. Yes, our Mumma Ball is made out of a high-quality, anti-burst rubber and is 65cm. 

Q. How do I know this ball is the right size for me?

A. If you are up to 1.73cmin height then this ball is perfect for you!
